Returns & Refunds
Each plush is handmade to order specifically for you. Once the order is placed, the funds are immediately used to purchase materials and begin production for your plush. For this reason, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order has been placed.
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, materials are purchased and production begins. Pins, accessories, and other products are also final sale and are subject to the same 24-hour cancellation policy.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me right away. I will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
